Athletix Kidz is a played-based Athletics programme for ages 18 Months – 10 years old. Athletix Kidz endeavours to establish a robust foundation for a lifelong love of sport and a healthy active lifestyle. Athletics forms a large part of any fundamental movement which is a great platform for all sports.
Instructions
Please bring water and appropriate sports clothing
Timings
2 and a half to 4 years old – 10:00-10:45am
5 to 7 years old – 11:00-11:45am
